Full Job Description Summary of Position:
Evaluate and detect malfunctions of small peripherals, printers, scanners and cash counters.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Repair and of small peripherals, printers, scanners and cash counters. Part replacement of small peripherals, printers, scanners and cash counters. Testing of small peripherals, printers, scanners and cash counters to ensure proper working of the same. Accurately enter repair data into Acumatica.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
Trouble shoots same to component level specifications. Know how to navigate Windows OS. Assemble and disassemble units down to a bare bones level. High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree preferred. Experience with tools and equipment used for peripheral repair and maintenance. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Personal Skills and Competencies:
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment efficiently and professionally. Possesses fine motor skills to work with small parts and grip a variety of hand tools. Effectively manages time and meets all deadlines. Commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
