Job Title:
Technical Support Specialist The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to clients via phone, email, and remote desktop. This role requires excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of computer systems and networks, as well as experience in customer service.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical assistance to clients via phone, email, and remote desktop
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
  • Install and configure computer systems and applications
  • Educate clients on proper use of hardware and software
  • Document all support activities in ticketing system
  • Escalate complex issues to senior support team members or IT department when necessary
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and procedures
Requirements:
  • Proven work experience as a Technical Support Specialist or similar role
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and applications
  • Experience with remote desktop tools such as TeamViewer or LogMeIn
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service
  • Problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Prior experience in customer service or IT support roles
