IT HELP DESK COORDINATOR
Atlanta, GA (Sandy Springs/Dunwoody Area) $23.00/Hour Temporary Assignment | Approximately 2 Months Mid-July through Mid-September 2026 This role will be working onsite Our client is seeking an IT Help Desk Coordinator to join their team on a temporary assignment. This position will provide hands-on technical support to employees and serve as a key resource for troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues. This is an excellent opportunity for an IT professional seeking short-term experience or a recent Information Technology graduate looking to gain hands-on corporate IT support experience. Key Responsibilities Provide first-level Help Desk support to end users Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, and related software Support Microsoft Office 365 and Windows environments Assist with Active Directory user support and account management Set up and support printers, scanners, and other peripherals Track and maintain IT equipment inventory Collaborate with internal IT teams to resolve technical issues Provide excellent customer service and technical assistance to employees Assist with technology-related projects and initiatives as needed Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred OR Previous Help Desk, Desktop Support, Technical Support, or IT Support experienceTechnical Experience Preferred Windows operating systems Active Directory Microsoft Office 365 Desktop and laptop support LAN/WAN networking fundamentals Hardware and software troubleshooting Ticketing systems Desired Skills Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively Positive attitude and willingness to assist users Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, solving technical problems, and providing exceptional customer support in a professional environment.
