The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems and networks.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to staff for hardware, software, and network issues Monitor and maintain network and server systems to ensure optimal performance and security Manage user accounts and permissions for various systems and applications Conduct regular backups and ensure data integrity and security Assist with the implementation of new technology and systems Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in the IT industry Document and maintain IT procedures and processes Collaborate with other team members to identify and resolve technical issues Provide training and support to staff on new systems and applications
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems Experience with network administration and troubleshooting Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and Office 365 Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Experience working in a healthcare setting is a plus
