Where You Will Work:
Options to work in any of our corporate offices in either: Denver, Chicago, or AtlantaAIR values relationships and the benefits from working side by side with teammates, therefore this position will be in-office 5 days a week to support the team.
Job DescriptionEssential Functions:
As a Yardi Senior Analyst, you will serve as a bridge between operations and technology, helping teams get the most out of our Yardi platform.
You will:
Own L3 and L4 escalated support cases, delivering timely and strategic resolutionsLead advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for Yardi Voyager 8, CRM IQ, SiteManager, RentCafe, and related modulesAnalyze and document user needs to recommend configuration changes or enhancementsCollaborate with internal and external partners to ensure successful implementation of enhancements and integrationsTest new features, assist in implementations, and support training effortsEscalate critical issues with well-documented context and analysisDevelop and maintain documentation, including best practices, training materials, and troubleshooting guidesEnsure compliance with data privacy regulations and company security policiesBuild Yardi reports to provide better visibility to internal and external stakeholdersQualificationsWho You Are3-5 years of experience with Yardi Voyager and related platforms in a technical capacityKnowledge in various Yardi modules/applications including but not limited to: Yardi (Voyager 7S & 8), with exposure to Residential, Commercial, Accounting, P2P, Job Cost, Fixed Asset, SiteManager, VoyagerPlus SI Flex/CRM IQ, Concierge, RentCafe, VendorCafe, etc. (preferably in a product, project, or business analyst capacity)Strong troubleshooting skills and understanding of property management workflowsProficient in SQL and reporting tools, with a strong analytical mindsetComfortable analyzing system behavior and recommending improvements to business stakeholdersSkilled at managing support tickets and delivering outstanding service to end usersCollaborative, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced remote environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsProblem-solving and critical thinking skillsAdvanced experience with Yardi configuration, reporting, and security
Additional InformationWhat We Offer:
AIR offers attractive total compensation packages designed to recognize and reward performance including:

Expected pay rate of $95,000- $105,000 plus annual target bonus. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.25% Rent Discount at any AIR community (a rental application is required, and certain exclusions apply).Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance options, HSA/FSA plans, short and long-term disability paid by the company.401(k) plan with employer contribution up to 6%.Paid time off including vacation, sick time, and 14 holidays.
