Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Help Desk Analyst 1:
Provide technical assistance to both internal and external customers for tier one issues in a high-volume call center environment
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
Monitor ticket queues, assign tickets to appropriate internal and external support staff, and escalate tickets until resolved
Answer user inquiries regarding computer software or hardware operation to resolve problems
Required Skills for Help Desk Analyst 1:
Bilingual in Spanish and English
Minimum of six months of experience handling customer questions, complaints, and/or providing information in a call center environment
Experience as a Helpdesk Technician with hands-on knowledge in resolving issues with Outlook, MS Office, Win 7 and 10, and Active Directory
Experience installing and performing minor repairs to hardware, software, or peripheral equipment
