2+ years of IT Help Desk / Technical Support experience Call Centre or high-volume customer support experience Experience supporting Outlook, MS Office, and Windows 7/10 Knowledge of Apple iOS devices Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills Spanish-English bilingual required
Responsibilities:
Respond to IT support calls and tickets Troubleshoot hardware, software, and login issues Assist with password resets and account support Escalate complex issues when needed Deliver excellent customer service
Pay:
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Education:
High school or equivalent (Required)
