Experience :
2- 3 years We are looking for a Help Desk Analyst to provide Tier-1 technical support in a fast-paced call center environment. The ideal candidate should have experience handling high-volume customer calls, troubleshooting technical issues, and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Requirements:
βœ” 2+ years of IT Help Desk experience βœ” Strong knowledge of Outlook, MS Office, Windows 7/10, and Active Directory βœ” IT Help Desk Call Center experience βœ” Experience with ticket management and escalation processes βœ” Knowledge of Apple iOS βœ” Excellent customer service and troubleshooting skills βœ” Bilingual (Spanish Required) Interested candidates can share their updated resume at: πŸ“§
