Job Description

IT Help Desk Analyst Location:
Conyers, GA 30013
Pay:
$20.00 per hour Job Summary We are seeking a Bilingual IT Help Desk Analyst to provide Tier 1 technical support to internal and external customers in a high-volume call center environment. The ideal candidate will have IT help desk experience, excellent customer service skills, and fluency in both English and Spanish. Responsibilities Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Troubleshoot issues related to Outlook, Microsoft Office, Windows 7, and Windows 10. Assist customers with password resets, online account management, website support, and mobile driver's license services. Handle a high volume of inbound support calls while maintaining excellent customer service. Create, monitor, and escalate support tickets as needed. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely resolution of issues. Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately. Requirements Bilingual in English and Spanish (required). Minimum 2 years of IT Help Desk experience. Experience supporting Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, Windows 7, and Windows 10. Knowledge of Apple iOS devices. Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills. Technical or vocational training in Computer Technology, Computer Applications, or a related field preferred. #
