800197 Job Description We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist 3 to provide end-user support, maintain business applications, and support critical IT infrastructure. This role involves troubleshooting production issues, supporting cloud environments, and ensuring smooth operation of various agency systems. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong technical expertise and a commitment to continuous learning. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support to end users via phone, remote access, and onsite visits Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues Monitor and manage ServiceNow ticket queues, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up Support and maintain business-critical systems (e.g., queue management, A/V systems, mobile technologies) Assist in managing and optimizing cloud environments for scalability and efficiency Design, build, and maintain cloud-based applications Utilize automation and provisioning tools such as AWS CLI and Terraform Collaborate with IT teams to resolve production incidents and conduct post-incident reviews Recommend hardware/software solutions based on organizational needs Support desktop systems, laptops (Windows 10/11), printers, scanners, and related peripherals Assist in maintaining network infrastructure and resolving TCP/IP issues Support video conferencing systems, A/V equipment, and related technologies Identify opportunities to improve IT operations and enhance system performance Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field with 3+ years of experience OR Associate degree with 5+ years of experience OR Relevant experience equivalent to IT Support Specialist level Professional certification required (A+, Network+, Cloud+, or equivalent) 2-3+ years of hands-on IT support experience Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy Experience troubleshooting desktop hardware, software, and network issues Knowledge of TCP/IP networking and issue resolution Experience with AWS CLI, Terraform, or similar automation tools Strong communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Skills Experience supporting cloud infrastructure and applications Familiarity with video conferencing, A/V systems, and camera technologies Ability to analyze trends and recommend system improvements Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities Experience working in fast-paced, enterprise IT environments Best Regards , Salman Alam IT Recruiter||Syntricate Technologies Inc.
