Job Description

4+ years IT support experience Hardware/software support (PCs, printers, phones, mobile) Windows, O365, basic Mac OS, AD, Exchange Imaging tools: Ghost, SCCM ServiceNow, remote support tools On-site daily, travel as needed, on-call support IMACD, ESD, asset handling (up to 50 lbs)
Preferred Certs:
A+, Microsoft, ITIL, CCNA Overview Industry
