Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Help Desk/Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in Jasper, Indiana. In this long-term contract position, you will play a critical role in providing technical support and troubleshooting services to ensure seamless operations. If you have a strong background in resolving IT issues and enjoy helping users navigate technical challenges, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to service desk tickets and provide effective solutions to technical issues.
  • Manage user accounts and permissions through Active Directory.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft Windows operating systems, including Windows 10.
  • Diagnose and repair basic hardware and software problems.
  • Assist users with installing and configuring software applications.
  • Document technical issues and resolutions to maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with team members to address complex IT challenges.
  • Ensure all systems are functioning efficiently and perform routine maintenance as needed.
  • Provide clear and thorough communication to users regarding issue resolution and updates.
