Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Engineer to join our team in Kennesaw, Georgia. In this long-term contract role, you will provide exceptional support to customers by addressing technical issues, analyzing energy systems, and ensuring the seamless delivery of energy management solutions. This position requires a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding support to clients via phone calls, emails, and ticketing systems, ensuring all issues are resolved promptly.
  • Analyze energy management systems and related data to identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Interpret technical documents such as wiring diagrams and as-built drawings to support troubleshooting and system improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, field operations, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely project completion.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of work orders, incoming calls, and other updates to ensure proper record-keeping.
  • Address technical problems by researching solutions, implementing fixes, or escalating issues when necessary.
  • Build positive relationships with customers by demonstrating professionalism and empathy during interactions.
  • Handle challenging situations, including upset customers or stressful calls, with composure and efficiency.
  • Adapt to flexible work schedules and shift requirements as needed.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure the overall success of the department.
