Job Description

IT Help Desk Technician Onsite | Madison, GA | Full-Time Join bdManagedIT as the first line of support for our clients and the first impression of our service team. We're looking for an entry-level IT Help Desk Technician who enjoys helping people, troubleshooting technical issues, and growing into a long-term career in IT. What You'll Do Respond to phone, chat, and ticket requests Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, printer, password, and connectivity issues Document troubleshooting steps and ticket resolutions in our PSA Escalate issues with clear notes when needed Perform daily health checks, patch reviews, and basic maintenance tasks Collaborate with senior technicians for smooth issue resolution What We're Looking For Ideal for recent graduates or early-career IT professionals with approximately 0-12 months of hands-on support experience, internship, or technical support exposure Strong Windows and Microsoft 365 troubleshooting skills Experience with ticketing or remote support tools preferred Strong communication skills and customer empathy CompTIA A+ or equivalent knowledge preferred Why Join bdManagedIT Clear progression into higher-level technical roles 8 hours of paid training each month with a defined certification path Dedicated mentorship and support from experienced technicians Supportive, team-oriented environment that values growth and accountability Opportunity to build a strong foundation in managed IT services Benefits include medical coverage, paid time off, paid holidays, training support, and a clear career growth path.
