Onsite Daily (occasional travel) Summary We are seeking a hands-on IT Operations Specialist to support end-user computing and core infrastructure across the Americas. This role focuses on maintaining reliable IT operations, delivering technical support, and contributing to infrastructure improvements and IT projects. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a solid technical foundation and strong collaboration skills.

Maintain infrastructure (servers, networks, cloud) for performance and uptime Perform updates, patching, backups, and security checks Support PCs, mobile devices, servers, and peripherals Assist IT projects (automation, modernization, cloud migration) Support cybersecurity and compliance efforts Provide L1/L2 support across the Americas Manage onboarding/offboarding and user access (M365, AD) Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues Coordinate vendors and track tickets to resolution Respond to incidents, escalate as needed, minimize downtime Resolve recurring issues with cross-functional teams Maintain documentation and knowledge base What you need to succeed: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience At least two years of experience in IT operations or technical support Working knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) tools such as Jira or Serviceware Industry certifications (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA, Cisco, Azure) are advantageous What's in it for you: Excellent company benefits offered.
