Job Description
WinCorp Management Services is seeking a motivated, hands on technology professional to oversee and support all technology related operations across our long term care, skilled and assisted living communities. This position will serve as the primary internal technology resource for the organization and will be responsible for maintaining computer systems, phone systems, internet infrastructure, camera systems, timekeeping systems, printers, networking equipment, software platforms, and operational technology solutions. In addition to technical support responsibilities, this individual will play a key role in improving operational efficiency through technology integration, workflow automation, reporting tools, artificial intelligence solutions, and process improvement initiatives across all departments. The ideal candidate is highly organized, solution driven, responsive, capable of troubleshooting independently, and comfortable working in a fast paced healthcare environment.
Responsibilities:
Information Technology Support Manage and maintain company computers, laptops, tablets, printers, and peripheral devices Provide onsite and remote technical support to facility staff and corporate personnel Troubleshoot internet connectivity, WiFi, networking, and hardware issues Assist with software setup, user accounts, password management, and system access Coordinate and manage relationships with third party IT vendors and service providers Monitor and maintain cybersecurity best practices and data protection standards Assist with equipment purchasing recommendations and technology budgeting Camera and Security Systems Install, configure, and maintain facility camera and surveillance systems Monitor camera system functionality and troubleshoot outages or recording issues Coordinate camera placements, expansions, upgrades, and replacement projects Maintain remote viewing access and user permissions for leadership personnel Assist with integration of camera systems into facility networks and operational infrastructure Coordinate with vendors regarding surveillance equipment, warranties, and technical support Support facility security initiatives through technology based monitoring solutions Phone and Communication Systems Maintain facility phone systems, extensions, voicemail systems, and communication hardware Coordinate phone line installations, troubleshooting, and vendor support Assist with mobile device management and communication platform setup Timekeeping and Workforce Systems Support employee time clock systems and attendance platforms Troubleshoot punch issues, device connectivity, and reporting concerns Assist with implementation of improved workforce management technologies Operational Efficiency and Innovation Identify opportunities to improve workflows through technology solutions Assist leadership with implementing AI tools, automation systems, dashboards, and reporting systems Help develop operational tracking systems for staffing, compliance, maintenance, and census management Support implementation of digital forms, cloud systems, electronic signatures, and workflow automation Analyze recurring operational issues and recommend technology based solutions Facility and Operational Support Travel between facilities as needed for setup, troubleshooting, and project implementation Assist during facility acquisitions, transitions, and technology onboarding Support audio/visual systems, TVs, cameras, and conference equipment Maintain inventory of technology equipment and supplies Pay:
