This contract-to-permanent position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex desktop, system, and network issues while delivering a high standard of service. The person in this role will handle escalated support needs, maintain core IT systems, and contribute to a stable and secure technology environment. Key Responsibilities Provide Tier 3 technical support across multiple client environments Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to networking, systems, and infrastructure Lead and execute IT installations and deployment projects (network, hardware, cloud, and security) Configure and maintain network infrastructure (switches, LAN/WAN, DNS) Manage and support VoIP systems and connectivity issues Administer and troubleshoot Active Directory environments Support Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, user management) Maintain and support VMware / virtualized environments Implement and maintain IT security best practices Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth project delivery and support Required Qualifications 5+ years of IT experience Strong expertise in: Networking (switches, LAN/WAN, DNS) Active Directory Microsoft 365 VMware / virtualization VoIP systems Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues independently Experience managing or contributing to IT infrastructure projects and installations Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with clients Preferred Qualifications Relevant certifications (CCNA, Microsoft, VMware, etc.) Experience with security tools and frameworks Exposure to multi-site or enterprise environments Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do. ® Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
