7:00AM-4:00PM Pay Rates 20.00 VacancyRequestPayRateCurrency(value=USD) hourly Requirements As a Computer Support Technician you will need to have: Hands-on maintenance of IT hardware, preferably in manufacturing. Support multiple hardware platforms, OS, software, peripherals, and LAN infrastructure Quickly learn software-to-machine integration and HMI operation. Experience with Active Directory for user/group manag. and access control. Basic knowledge of managing virtual PCs using VMware Vsphere client. Ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and project consequences. Improve solutions to meet goals. Define and resolve problems quick Excellent verbal and written skills. Bachelor's Degree in MIS or related field,technical degree As a Computer Support Technician , it would be desirable to have: Role of a Computer Support Technician Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. Respond to queries under pressure and good communication skills. Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
