Job Summary Job Summary The State of Georgia (GVRA) is seeking an IT Support Specialist 2 to provide technical support and assistance for end users and IT systems. This role requires hands-on troubleshooting, system support, and excellent customer service skills in an onsite environment. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues Troubleshoot and resolve end-user problems in a timely manner (onsite and/or remote) Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals Support enterprise applications and ensure system functionality Assist with user account management and access issues Document incidents, resolutions, and support activities Collaborate with internal IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues Required Skills & Experience Experience in IT support or helpdesk roles Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows-based systems and common applications Knowledge of hardware, software, and basic networking concepts Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work onsite and handle multiple support requests efficiently
