Job Description

This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies through the Certain Competitive Service / Modified Direct Hire Authority. Qualifications:
In addition to the Basic Requirements for the position: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-13) or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Experience in IT budgeting, including planning, execution, and reporting of IT funds; 2) Knowledge of budgetary processes, regulations, and compliance requirements; 3) Ability to develop, implement, and evaluate IT resourcing policies and strategic plans within a large organization; 4) Experience supervising, mentoring, or leading a team of IT resource management professionals; 5) Analytical skills for assessing IT program needs, costs, and resource allocation; 6) Written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports, briefings, and policy documents; 7) Ability to coordinate and collaborate with stakeholders across multiple directorates or departments. Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.
