We have been in business for 34 years with stores on all islands Summary We are looking for someone with current extensive knowledge in the repair of Apple Devices, iMac, Portables and iPhones. Your expertise will play a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction and maintaining our reputation for quality service. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair hardware issues for a variety of Apple products. Provide technical support to customers both in-store and remotely. Utilize hand tools and equipment to perform repairs efficiently. Assist with retail sales by providing product knowledge and recommendations. Maintain an organized workspace and ensure all tools are in good condition. Stay updated on the latest Apple products and technologies to provide accurate information. Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and customer experiences. Requirements Proven experience in hardware repair, preferably with Apple products. Strong knowledge of computer hardware components and operating systems. Excellent technical support skills with the ability to troubleshoot effectively. Familiarity with Mac OS and mobile devices is essential. Ability to use hand tools safely and effectively for repairs. Strong analytical skills to assess problems accurately and propose solutions. Pay is based hourly with an opportunity to receive a bonus and commission monthly, based on performance.
