Job Description

Shared IT, Inc is a 20-year, growing IT Company, in search of an entry-level IT Support Technician. We are seeking to fill a full-time Help Desk Support Technician position. This is an entry-level role and will have on-the-job training to bring you up to speed. The successful candidate will work with mainly healthcare customers to provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
Responsibilities:
Respond to incoming calls and Helpdesk tickets Assist Network Administrator and team members in: Domain & Group Policy VMware Environment & SAN Device Inventory & Patch Management Veeam Backups Network Monitoring (PRGT) Phone System Support Network & Firewall Email & Internet Filtering & Antivirus Monitor Warranty and Licensing renewals Hardware Orders What skills you need: Ability to learn quickly Great customer service Great soft skills What makes you stand out: Previous IT Support Experience Home Computer Hobbyist Passion for learning You align with our pillars Tenacity Accountability Knowledge Cultivating Relationships Happiness What you get at Shared IT.
