up to $55K Base +Benefits! We are seeking a Software Support Analyst to join a collaborative service desk team supporting both external clients and internal users. This role is centered on supporting proprietary Windows-based software applications that integrate with paper scanning technology.

Strong technical support or application support background and be comfortable troubleshooting software issues, working directly with end users, and reviewing client data files to identify root causes and determine appropriate resolutions.

What You'll DoProvide Tier 1 support for proprietary software applicationsTroubleshoot and resolve software, system, and end-user issues within a service desk environmentSupport clients through remote access tools and direct user interactionAnalyze client data files to identify issuesAssist users with Windows-based software and Microsoft Office applications, especially ExcelSupport software tied to paper scanning devices and related business workflowsDocument support issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions within the ticketing systemCollaborate with service desk team members and escalate issues as appropriateSupport Environment90% external client support10% internal user supportMulti-tiered service desk structure with Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 responsibilitiesWhat We're Looking ForExperience in software support, application support, technical support, or service desk supportBackground supporting proprietary software or third-party business applicationsStrong technical knowledge of:
