We are recruiting for an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team. We are looking for that candidate who not only enjoys supporting others with their IT needs but one who like being part of a growing and continual learning environment. The candidate will be front line support for all employees of varying skill levels while also maintaining and managing devices and software for the end-users. The candidate must have a desire to learn new technologies and utilize their troubleshooting skills regularly. Salary is DOE Responsibilities for this job include but are not limited to: Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and printers. Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office 365, and Apple IOS environment. Provide technical support and guidance to users with questions and issues related to computer systems, mobile devices, and software/hardware. Provide routine and emergency support to team members in person, over the telephone, and/or through remote support systems. Collaborate with other IT personnel in the completion of projects as assigned by supervisor. Promote and adhere to security practices and procedures to safeguard company resources. Maintain inventory and required documentation.
Requirements:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient with Microsoft Windows and Office Suite and related software. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Post offer, pre-employment drug testing & E-verification are required.
Education and Experience:
Associate Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience preferred. 3+ years of experience assisting in technical and end-user support.
