The Gig:
Respond to submitted trouble tickets resulting in resolution or escalation Image/Update/Encrypt desktop PCs and laptops Inventory/Check out IT equipment Provide desktop support for internal and remote staff May perform other duties as assigned. What You Need to Make the
Cut:
At least 6 months of experience in a help desk environment Knowledgeable with Microsoft or Mac Desktop environments Knowledge of windows active directory environment Experience working with Microsoft Office products Must be able to multi-task and prioritize assigned duties in a fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software. Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems. Install computer peripherals for users. The pay range for this position is $15.77 - $24.52 per hour (pay to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, balanced against internal equity and competitive market based geographic ranges).
