Fulltime Job Summary:
Looking for a Desktop Support professional with hands-on experience in deskside and field support to provide technical assistance to end users.
Key Skills:
Desktop & Deskside Support Field Services (Onsite support) Printer support & troubleshooting Asset management & tracking System reimaging & OS installation
Responsibilities:
Provide L1/L2 support for hardware/software issues Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and printers Perform system reimaging and upgrades Manage IT assets and inventory
Pay:
From $40,000.00 per hour
