Key Responsibilities:
+ Provide technical leadership for the design, development, deployment, and support of enterprise software solutions. + Develop technology strategies that integrate multiple systems, platforms, and business needs. + Assess complex architectures and recommend scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions. + Solve highly complex technical challenges and guide teams through critical design decisions. + Lead code reviews, architecture reviews, and adoption of engineering best practices. + Mentor, coach, and develop software engineers at all career stages, fostering technical growth and continuous learning. + Promote a collaborative engineering culture focused on quality, innovation, and professional development. + Evaluate new technologies and provide recommendations based on business value, ROI , and long-term sustainability. + This position includes leadership or supervisory responsibility for a small engineering team.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Considerable Knowledge Of:
+ Data Architecture, software architecture, development and testing practices. + Multiple programming languages and software development tool suites.
Experience:
