As a full-time member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and providing technical support to our staff.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to staff for all IT related issues, including hardware, software, and network troubleshooting Install and configure computer systems, software, printers, and other IT equipment Monitor and maintain the company's network and server systems Troubleshoot and resolve network and system issues as they arise Ensure the security and integrity of all IT systems and data Manage and maintain user accounts and permissions Conduct regular backups and disaster recovery processes Document and maintain IT processes and procedures Collaborate with other IT team members to implement new projects and initiatives
Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems Experience with network and server administration Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
