Restaurant IT Field Service Technician - Level 1 Twin Falls, ID | Supporting Pizza Hut, Arby's, Applebee's If you're the kind of person who likes fixing things, working independently, and being out in the field instead of stuck behind a desk, this role is for you. Flynn Group is hiring a Restaurant IT Field Service Technician (Level 1) to support our Pizza Hut, Arby's, and Applebee's locations across the Idaho market. You'll be the go-to tech keeping restaurant systems up and running so teams can focus on serving guests. What You'll Be Doing Travel to restaurant locations to repair, service, and maintain IT equipment Perform preventive maintenance and installation projects Troubleshoot POS systems, computers, peripherals, cabling, and basic networks Test systems to ensure full functionality Support restaurant teams with technical issues and questions Document work completed using ServiceNow Participate in an on-call rotation for critical system issues Work independently while meeting quality, cleanliness, and safety standards What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent General computer knowledge (Windows/DOS) Basic cabling and networking knowledge Comfortable using hand and power tools Able to work on a 6'-8' ladder Ability to lift up to 55 lbs regularly Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and good driving record Strong communication skills and a positive attitude Why Flynn Group?
