IT Technical Support Location:
Arlington Heights, IL Hours:
Full time, Monday - Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm, 35 hours/week
Salary:
$50,000/yr Clearbrook is a non-profit, social services agency that specializes in providing innovative tools, services, and opportunities to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Job Responsibilities:
Complete help desk functions by providing technical support to end users Troubleshoot hardware and software issues Coordinate off-site, outside agency service and installation visits Provide routine and preventive maintenance on equipment Provide training materials on system software
Education:
High School Diploma - Required Bachelor's Degree -
