IT Support Contractor (Gridley, IL)

W-2 Contract employment opportunity Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated individual to join a local technology team . In this role, you will provide comprehensive technical support to end-users, troubleshoot software and hardware issues, and maintain the overall health of our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to IT support. Duties Deliver prompt and effective technical support to users via help desk platforms such as ServiceNow, addressing issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity. Troubleshoot and resolve software problems across various operating systems. Manage computer hardware components, perform upgrades, installations, and maintenance to optimize performance. Support mobile devices and ensure their integration within the organization's IT infrastructure. Skills Proven experience in providing technical support within a corporate environment. Strong troubleshooting skills for software applications and computer hardware components.

Preferred Qualifications:

CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification. #ILL2

Pay:

$20.00 - $28.00 per hour
