Responsibilities:

Configure and set up computers and workstations (training provided). Perform routine, repeatable technical tasks with accuracy and consistency. Manage and track IT inventory, including PCs and related equipment. Assist with shipping, receiving, and organizing hardware assets. Provide basic desktop support, including troubleshooting printers and peripherals. Follow documented procedures and instructions to complete assigned tasks. Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in desktop support, IT support, or related field. CompTIA A+ certification preferred, but not required for strong candidates. Strong ability to learn quickly and follow instructions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a structured environment.
