Hourly Pay Range:
$31.28 - $48.48 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

A Brief Overview:
The IT Training and Support Specialist I at Endeavor Health is an entry-level role responsible for delivering and supporting training solutions on EMR and other technology platforms. This position focuses on learning core systems, providing end-user support, and delivering established training programs under guidance. Training delivery methods include classroom instruction, web-based learning, one-on-one coaching, and creating training documents/tools. The Specialist I acts as a liaison between IT, Operations, and end-users to promote adoption, improve workflows, and ensure smooth daily operations.
What you will do:
Assists with designing, developing, and maintaining training strategies, class curricula, and support documentation. Supports small projects as assigned. Assists with testing and troubleshooting of EMR and technology systems. Remains updated and learns new technologies and methods for training delivery. Supports and delivers training onsite and virtually (one-to-one, classroom, and group settings) with oversight.
What you will need:
  • Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1+ years in healthcare or relevant industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; ability to learn new applications.
  • Foundational instructional and facilitation skills.
  • Customer service orientation and ability to build rapport with end-users.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment
  • Curiosity and problem-solving with guidance.
  • Teamwork and collaboration skills.
