Sports Technology Support Specialist
II - LED
& Video Systems Nevco Sports, LLC - Greenville, IL (Onsite) Full-Time | Monday-Friday | Day Shift Must be able to reliably commute to or relocate to Greenville, IL 62246 Join the Team Powering Game-Day Experiences At Nevco Sports, we don't just build scoreboards, we create the heartbeat of competition. We're looking for a Technical Support Specialist II who's ready to grow into an expert, solve real-world problems, and support the systems used in stadiums and arenas across the country. Work with cutting-edge LED displays and control systems Grow into a trusted technical expert within the organization Support systems used in live sports environments Be part of a collaborative team where your input matters What You'll Do Provide remote technical support via phone and PC sessions Diagnose and resolve issues with scoreboard and video systems Own and manage service tickets from start to resolution Train customers on system usage and best practices Document issues and provide feedback to improve products What We're Looking For Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Comfortable working with computers, Windows, and standard office systems Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills Willingness to learn and grow into a technical expert
Preferred:

$45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
