Seeking an Associate Systems Administrator to provide onsite technical support for mobile devices and wearable technology. The role involves configuring iPhones and Apple Watches, assisting users with device setup, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring proper device connectivity and functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure and support iPhones, Apple Watches, and mobile applications. Assist users with device setup, pairing, and troubleshooting. Verify device connectivity, synchronization, and performance. Provide technical guidance and excellent customer support. Document setup activities and technical issues. Follow security, privacy, and compliance requirements.
Required Skills:
0 2 years of IT Support, Desktop Support, Help Desk, or Systems Administration experience. Experience troubleshooting mobile devices (iOS/Android). Familiarity with Apple devices and wearable technology. Knowledge of MDM tools is a plus. Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills. Healthcare or clinical research support experience is a plus.
