Provide hands-on support throughout the facility, including office areas and warehouse floor environments. Assist with new computer setups, user onboarding, equipment moves, hardware swaps, and basic device configuration. Help maintain IT documentation, asset records, ticket notes, and basic how-to guides. Escalate more complex issues with clear notes, screenshots, troubleshooting steps, and business impact. Support basic account and access requests under supervision. Assist with routine maintenance tasks, patching coordination, inventory cleanup, and equipment organization. Solid Windows 10/11 troubleshooting skills. Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and common business applications. Experience working with a ticketing system or documenting support requests. Comfortable supporting users face-to-face, over the phone, and remotely. Able to troubleshoot printers, peripherals, monitors, docking stations, and basic network connectivity issues. Strong communication skills with non-technical users. Reliable, professional, and able to work independently after training. Able to lift up to 40 lbs and be on your feet for hands-on work when needed. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
