Job Requisition ID #26WD97453Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly detail-oriented and execution-focused Project Support Group (PSG) Analyst to join the Business Excellence team within the Technical Advisory organization. This role is critical to ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of project data, systems, and operational processes that enable successful consulting delivery at scale.
The PSG Analyst will serve as a central operational backbone supporting project setup, data governance, timesheet compliance, and system maintenance across global delivery teams. This role requires a strong process mindset, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage high-volume transactional work while maintaining accuracy and compliance. This position is also designed as a pathway into a broader Delivery Project Associate (DPA) role, with opportunities to expand into contract and project lifecycle support over time.

Salary transparencySalary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities:
Support end-to-end project operations by ensuring accurate setup, maintenance, and governance of project data across systemsMaintain high-quality project and financial data to enable accurate reporting, forecasting, and compliance with organizational policiesManage timesheet processes and support overall time tracking compliance across delivery teamsProvide operational support to consulting teams by responding to requests, resolving issues, and ensuring timely execution of key processesPerform regular data reviews and audits to identify discrepancies, ensure data integrity, and uphold governance standardsExecute project lifecycle updates, including project creation, modifications, and closure activitiesSupport vendor and third-party data management, ensuring accurate system records and alignment with operational requirementsApply and uphold standardized processes, tools, and data structures to drive consistency and scalability across the organizationIdentify process inefficiencies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including automation opportunitiesCollaborate cross-functionally with delivery, finance, and operations stakeholders to support smooth execution of consulting engagementsMinimum Qualifications:
2-4 years of experience in operations, project support, or business process roles, preferably in a consulting or customer success environmentStrong attention to detail with a high standard for data accuracy and qualityExperience working with CRM and PSA tools (e.g., Salesforce, Upland) or similar systemsAbility to manage high-volume transactional work with consistency and disciplineStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet recurring deadlinesDemonstrated ability to communicate effectively across a wide range of stakeholders, with the judgment to tailor messaging, level of detail, and approach based on audience (e.g., delivery teams, leadership, and cross-functional partners)Demonstrated ability to follow defined processes while identifying opportunities for improvementPreferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting consulting or professional services organizationsFamiliarity with project lifecycle processes, financial tracking, and resource planning conceptsExperience working in a global environment across multiple regions and time zonesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams/Slack)Exposure to data governance, reporting, or operational analytics is a plusLearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
