We are an ITAR facility and hire only U.S. persons who are defined as U.S. citizens or green card holders. What You ll Do We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy I.T. Intern to join our Information Technology team. This position is ideal for students or recent graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in a professional IT environment and support day-to-day technology operations. This Internship is onsite in Woodridge, IL - Not Remote Responsibilities (Including other duties as assigned) Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support to end-users. Support the setup of new user accounts and ensure proper system access. Help maintain IT documentation and inventory records. Participate in network and systems monitoring activities. Support cybersecurity practices, including antivirus updates and security awareness. Work on small-scale IT projects under supervision. What You Will Need Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Basic understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products. Familiarity with Windows environments. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work both independently and in a team. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and basic networking concepts.
