USA Job Details Description Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for hardware and software issues encountered by end-users. First line of contact for IT issues that come via the ticket system or phone system. Manage the configuration and installation of computer systems. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network issues. Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software. Familiarity with Active Directory, Google Workspace, OKTA, Citrix and Office 365 Resolve technical problems with networks and other systems. Setup and deploy IT equipment including laptops, desktops, tablets/mobile devices, printers, etc. Follow up with end-users to ensure issues have been resolved. All other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Minimum (2) years of experience in the field of IT, preferably with end user support. Associates degree in Information Technology, IT related curriculum or equivalent work experience, bachelor's degree preferred. Excellent customer service skills. Familiarity with the ITIL framework is a plus. Knowledge of computer hardware and software systems. Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues. Excellent communication ability, both written and verbal. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to move or lift IT related objects (Computers, Printers, Monitors, etc.) that weigh up to 50lbs.
