Job Description
- Monitor, review, and prioritize help desk requests
- Provides a timely one-on-one end-user problem resolution via telephone and e-mail
- Escalate complex Help Desk requests to the appropriate IT staff member
- Assist in workstation deployments
- Reset Password and unlock accounts
- Install approved applications Non-Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform other duties as assigned Education and Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Technology, or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows 7 and Office
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Net + or A + Certification a plus
