We're looking for a Business Systems Administrator / IT Support who enjoys solving problems, improving workflows, and helping teams get the most out of technology. In this role, you'll own the day-to-day administration and optimization of our cloud-based business systems while serving as a trusted resource for employees across the organization. You won't just maintain systems — you'll help improve how work gets done. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who likes working at the intersection of technology, operations, and people, and wants meaningful ownership over business applications that directly impact company success Duties and Responsibilities Administer and optimize core SaaS platforms (CRM, collaboration tools, document management, and business applications). Manage user access, permissions, and licensing to ensure secure and efficient system use. Troubleshoot application issues and provide responsive user support. Partner with teams to streamline workflows and reduce manual processes. Configure automation, workflows, and system enhancements. Build reports and dashboards that support better decision-making. Maintain data accuracy and promote best practices for system usage. Work directly with software vendors to resolve issues and implement improvements. Create documentation and training resources to improve adoption. Provide technical support to users for hardware and software issues including configuration
Requirements:
What does success look like? Within your first year, you will: Improve user experience and adoption across key platforms. Reduce manual or repetitive processes through automation. Become a go-to resource for application support and system improvements. Help leadership access more reliable and actionable data. What are we looking for? Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of experience administering SaaS or business applications. Experience supporting users and troubleshooting technical issues. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to translate business needs into practical system solutions. A customer-focused mindset and strong communication skills.
Bonus Points For:
Experience in the financial services industry. CRM administration experience (Salesforce, Dynamics 365, etc.). Microsoft 365 or cloud platform administration. Workflow automation or integrations experience (Power Platform). Reporting or dashboard development (Power BI, Tableau, etc.). Experience extracting and aggregating data from disparate systems via API What is in it for you? Pay / benefits are very competitive based on industry standards Pay will be based on experience. Performance reviewed 90 days from date of hire. Thereafter, performance is informally reviewed each calendar quarter and formally reviewed at year end.
