Debugging Information Technology Full Job Description Responsibilities:
Analyze application errors and operational issues Investigate logs and system diagnostics to identify root causes Reproduce issues in test or lab environments Collaborate with engineering teams to validate bug fixes Support OEM issue investigation and compatibility problems Provide detailed technical reports and troubleshooting documentation Assist in system integration debugging across components Monitor system behavior and proactively identify potential issues Maintain knowledge base and troubleshooting guides
Requirements:
Strong expertise in log analysis and troubleshooting Experience with application debugging and system integration issues Knowledge of Windows-based application environments Ability to perform root cause analysis and technical problem solving Experience supporting enterprise software environments Bachelor's degree in CS/IT Microsoft Windows/Server (fundamentals, admin) TIL Foundation (service management) Strong coursework/knowledge in OS internals, networking, scripting, and software debugging Preferred Skills Experience with hardware-software integration troubleshooting Familiarity with automation test results analysis Basic scripting skills for log parsing or diagnostics
