Guided Orientation Process at our Headquarters Mentorship Onboarding Program Employee Recognition Program Leadership Development Program Continuing Education Opportunities Network of Support (health and well-being) Summary The IT Support Specialist, under the direct supervision of the IT Manager, shall have responsibility for maintaining function within the company's internal computer systems, including hook-up, diagnosis of problems, and installation or replacement of computer hardware and/or software.
Resposibilities:
Provides skilled troubleshooting, diagnosis and resolution of problems related to information systems Maintains an accurate inventory and record of all company equipment Installs new hardware, and other items needed for networks, desktops, etc. Logs, assigns, and responds to Help Desk tickets in a timely and professional manner Maintains detailed notes of common issues, resolutions, and follow up information Notifies company of disruptions to normal service delivery Assists in coordinating movement of equipment Produces details on Help Desk activity for reporting purposes Job Knowledge and Skills To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
