Do you enjoy problem-solving, taking initiative, and growing services in a meaningful way? If so, we want to meet you! We are seeking a Support Services Supervisor to join our team and oversee a diverse caseload of Waiver services in the south Indianapolis/Greenwood area. This position will also oversee caseloads in other areas of the state virtually. The Support Services Supervisor will start part-time and move into a full-time role once the caseload is maximized. What You'll Do As a Support Services Supervisor, you will play a key role in delivering and ensuring high-quality, person-centered services while supporting and supervising the staff who deliver care. This position oversees multiple service lines, including: Residential services Personal Assistance and Care (PAC) Respite services Career Exploration Extended Services (job coaching) Day Habilitation Individual Services (DHI) You will: Oversee service delivery and ensure compliance with waiver and regulatory requirements Supervise, support, and coach Direct Support Professionals Manage employee scheduling and ensure adequate staffing coverage Collaborate with Individualized Support Teams (IST), families, and community partners Identify opportunities to improve and grow services Address challenges proactively and implement solutions that support individual success Maintain accurate documentation and oversight of individual services What We're Looking For Medicaid Waiver knowledge Experience supervising employees and managing schedules Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to problemsolve and make sound decisions in a fastpaced environment A growthminded approach with a desire to build and improve services Commitment to personcentered, highquality care Adept at technology, including Microsoft Suite and Outlook, documentation and time keeping applications, online portals, and other job required technology Our Core Values We are looking for someone who embodies our core values: Proactive takes initiative and anticipates needs Driven motivated to deliver quality and achieve results GrowthMinded open to learning, innovation, and service expansion Problem Solver approaches challenges with solutions in mind Why Join Us?
