Engineer Desktop Deployment Details Essential Job Duties:

Essential skills are packaging and deployment via SCCM Testing and deploying OS and application patches Packaging, updating and deployment of software Ensure desktop environment standard apps are patched regularly Update standard images Package, update and deploy applications via SCCM Support and maintain software deployment system (SCCM) Investigate and resolve tickets that are escalated Produce documentation for Desktop Support and Helpdesk Testing and deploying OS and application patches Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject Proven working experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows based environments. Experience with Enterprise Microsoft Active Directory Experience with Microsoft SCCM Solid scripting skills Solid networking knowledge (OSI network layers, TCP/IP) Flexible work schedule as required.
