Required Relevant Education & Experience:
Associate degree or 2 years of post-secondary education in an IT related field or professional certificate from AWS, Cisco, CompTIA, Google, HDI, IAPP, ISACA, ISC2, ITIL Foundation, or Microsoft and 1 year of experience OR High School diploma or GED and 2-3 years experience in an IT support related field. IT Support Specialist The Office of Information Technology at Indiana State University is accepting applications for an IT Support Specialist. This position is responsible for tasks associated with end-user information technology support for groups of customers or enterprise units.Required Qualifications:
