High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred) 1 year of hands-on experience in computer or electronics repair Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally Comfortable reading, writing, and speaking English Knowledge of safe ESD handling procedures

What You'll Be Doing:

Connect motherboards (MB) to testing programs and run diagnostics Follow SOPs to test, document, and route products appropriately Visually inspect motherboards for non-warranty damage Accurately complete documentation and traveler forms Assist other departments as needed Practice safe lifting techniques and proper ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) precautions Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times Meet or exceed performance goals as directed by your supervisor More Than Just a Paycheck.
