Job Description
Kansas Medical Center (KMC) in Andover is adding a Help Desk Technician to the team. This individual acts as the first point of contact for users, resolving tickets via phone or email, documenting issues, and managing account credentials. One year of relevant hospital or healthcare facility experience required. An associate's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field is preferred, or relevant experience with CompTIA A+ certification may be substituted. Understanding of Windows/MAC operating systems, Microsoft Office, Office 365, and networking protocols (IP address, DHCP). Kansas Medical Center is a fully physician owned 58 bed hospital offering a wide array of specialties for both inpatient and outpatient services. We have 6 operating rooms, 2 procedure rooms, 2 Cath Labs, and outpatient services that include X-ray, CT, MRT, PET, PT, Lab and Cardiac Rehab. In addition to our main campus, KMC operates 3 Family Practice clinics, large cardiology clinic and multiple cardiology outreach clinics through the state of Kansas.
