  • based software engineering and IT roles .
This is a high‑impact contract role supporting critical hiring needs across product, platform, and corporate technology teams. This is a hands‑on role focused on sourcing, engaging, and closing high‑quality technical talent across multiple teams. You will act as a trusted partner to hiring managers—translating technical needs into smart recruiting strategies, building strong candidate pipelines, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through offer. This role is well‑suited for a recruiter who is proactive, data‑driven, and confident operating in fast‑moving environments with complex technical searches. What You'll Do Partner with hiring managers to scope requirements, define recruiting strategies, and manage requisitions end‑to‑end Lead proactive sourcing efforts for software engineering and IT talent using ATS, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels Build and maintain strong pipelines of active and passive technical candidates Personally engage and screen candidates, assessing technical alignment, motivation, and culture fit Drive a high‑touch, transparent candidate experience through consistent communication and follow‑up Support interview processes, including coordination, feedback collection, and offer management Use recruiting data and market insights to inform hiring decisions and advise stakeholders Ensure ethical, compliant recruiting practices throughout the hiring lifecycle What You Bring 5+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience supporting software engineering and IT roles (corporate and/or agency) Strong understanding of technical roles, skill sets, and competitive hiring markets Proven ability to source and engage passive technical talent Excellent stakeholder‑management and influencing skills Comfort managing multiple requisitions in parallel Experience using ATS platforms and modern sourcing tools Bachelor's degree preferred Contract & Culture This is a 6‑month contract role offering a competitive hourly rate and the opportunity to make immediate impact on high‑priority technical hiring initiatives.
