•Average hourly rate is $20.80 (including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.) •Are you passionate about technology and driven to deliver exceptional service in a dynamic IT environment? Mainstream Nonprofit Solutions is seeking a dedicated IT Technician to join our team in the Topeka, KS Area. About the Role As an IT Technician, you'll be the go-to person for technical support, ensuring smooth operations for our team and the critical work they do for kids and families.Your responsibilities will include:
Provisioning user accounts and resolving connectivity issues. Troubleshooting equipment abnormalities. Managing helpdesk tickets and meeting service level agreements (SLAs) within two business days. Supporting staff in your assigned region, with occasional travel as required. Collaborating with a forward-thinking IT team to drive innovation and continuous improvement. What We're Looking For We're seeking a self-starter who is eager to learn, solve problems, and work collaboratively.The ideal candidate is:
Detail-oriented and proactive. Able to challenge ineffective processes and suggest improvements. Excited about contributing to our mission of strengthening families.Requirements:
Education:
High School diploma or GED required.Experience:
Prior experience in computer systems or a helpdesk setting is preferred.Training:
On-the-job training provided.Other:
